NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENTS:
For establishing care with Q Care New Mexico and Laurel Wolcott, CNP, please fill out our INTAKE INQUIRY FORM FOR NEW PATIENTS and we will contact you with the next available appointment.
Please provide your name, phone number, and your intended service (what appointment you are hoping to book for), and we will reach back out with available appointment times. It may take a few days to get a return call.
Please note: due to high-demand we are experiencing a 3-4 week window for next available appointments for existing clients and 10-12 weeks for next available appointments for new clients.
Current clients should reach out via the patient portal with any medical questions or concerns.
